Training that adapts to the week you actually had.

An eight-week plan built around your goals, equipment and injuries. Rewritten every week from what you actually logged.

The GoWorkout home screen. A blue gradient card shows today's workout, Calisthenics Upper and Core Density with seven exercises, next to a ring showing 25 percent of the week complete. Below it a one day streak, 25 percent this week and 630 kcal burned.

Your plan knows what you skipped.

At the end of each week GoWorkout compares what it prescribed against what you logged: completion rate, the sets you actually hit, and how you rated your own energy and recovery.

Next week's sets, reps and loads are adjusted from that. A missed session gets absorbed into the plan instead of leaving you behind it, and progression stays deliberately conservative when the evidence is thin.

From sign-up to your first set.

  1. Answer fourteen questions

Your goal, experience, where you train, the equipment you can reach, how many days a week you have, plus injuries, medical conditions and diet.

  2. Get an eight-week plan

Generated for your body and your kit, then checked in code against your injuries and the equipment you actually own before it reaches you.

  3. Log every set

Reps, weight and a rest timer between sets. Each entry is written to the phone before the network is touched, so nothing is lost in a basement gym.

  4. Let it adjust

The week you just finished rewrites the week ahead. Rest days are part of the plan, not a gap in it.

Why it still works in week six.

You see the week, not just today.

One ring for the week's training, a streak counting consecutive days, and the calories behind them. These are the same numbers the plan reads when it decides what to change, so nothing on screen is decoration.

The progress screen's orange completion ring reading 25 percent this week, with day streak, best streak and weekly calories listed beneath it.

It trains around injuries, not through them.

Whatever the model writes, the plan is validated in code before you see it. Movements that clash with an injury or a condition you declared are substituted, and equipment you do not own is never prescribed.

Swap anything that does not suit you.

Every exercise in the catalogue has at least one substitute, and each equipment option you can pick carries its own set of movements.

Consistency gets counted.

XP, levels and nine badges, awarded from sessions you finished rather than sessions you planned.

It works with no signal.

A logged set is written to the phone before the network is touched, then sent when you are back in range. It survives the app being closed on the walk home, which is the difference between a sync queue and a hopeful request.

Three things we decided early.

GoWorkout is a small product with a short list of rules it does not break. Each one is visible in the app, not only on this page.

  • 01

A model does not get the last word.

Every generated plan is validated in code against the injuries, conditions and equipment you declared before it reaches you. A model that ignores an instruction still cannot put a contraindicated movement in front of you.

The paywall only promises what the server grants.

Every Premium claim maps to an entitlement that is actually enforced, and the two are read from the same place so they cannot drift. Prices come from the store in your own currency, never from a page like this one.

  • 03

It has to work in a basement gym.

A logged set is written to the phone before the network is touched, and sent once there is a connection. No signal is a normal condition to design for, not an error to apologise for.

Questions people ask first.

What is GoWorkout?

GoWorkout builds you an eight-week training plan from your goals, your body, your schedule, the equipment you can reach and any injuries you declare. Each week it adjusts the plan from the sets you actually logged.

It also includes an exercise library with substitutions, progress tracking with measurements and photos, and an AI coach you can ask about training, nutrition, form and recovery.

Is GoWorkout free?

Yes. A free account gets the full eight-week plan, set logging with a rest timer, progress tracking, the exercise library, ten AI Coach messages a day and ten progress photo slots.

Premium removes those two limits and adds full trend history and plan regeneration on demand. Prices are set in the App Store and Google Play and shown in the app in your own currency, so this page does not quote them.

Do I need a gym, or any equipment?

Neither. During setup you choose Home, Gym or Both, then select the equipment you can actually reach: bodyweight only, dumbbells, resistance bands, a pull-up bar, a bench, a barbell, a squat rack or machines.

The plan is built from what you selected. Equipment you did not select is never prescribed.

How does it personalise the plan?

Fourteen questions before it builds anything: your goal, from fat loss and muscle gain through to strength, endurance, athletic performance, recomposition and general fitness; whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced; where you train and with what; how many days a week you can train, from one to seven; how long a session can be, from fifteen minutes to two hours; plus injuries, medical conditions, sleep, stress and diet.

What happens if I miss a week?

The plan absorbs it. At the end of each week GoWorkout compares what it prescribed against what you logged, including your own energy and recovery ratings, and adjusts the week ahead.

Missing sessions makes the next week's progression more conservative rather than leaving you behind a schedule you never completed.

Can I swap an exercise I do not like?

Yes. Every exercise in the catalogue has at least one substitute that trains the same thing with the equipment you have.

Does it work without internet?

Logging does. Each set is written to the phone before any network call and sent once you are back in range, so it survives a dead signal and the app being closed on the walk home.

Generating a new plan and asking the AI Coach both need a connection.

Is it safe to use if I have an injury?

Movements that conflict with an injury or medical condition you declared are substituted before the plan reaches you, and that check runs in code regardless of which model wrote the plan.

It is still software, not a physiotherapist. Get medical clearance before starting a new programme, and stop if something hurts.

What happens to my health data?

It is used to build and adjust your plan, and nothing more. Injuries, medical conditions, lifestyle answers and progress photos are all optional, and deleting your account removes them.

The privacy page lists exactly what is collected, why, and which providers process it.
